She consistently goes above and beyond for us, no matter how simple or complicated the situation is.

Over the years, Cassie has helped us make sure our homeowners policies always matched our needs as we moved, sold homes, and made changes. She even caught that a homeowners policy on a house we sold hadn’t been canceled yet and was able to get us some money back — something we didn’t even realize we were owed. She’s also guided us through hail-storm claims and car-damage claim questions with patience and thoroughness.

Most recently, she spent weeks working with the corporate office to merge our policies after we reduced the number of vehicles. It should’ve been simple, but because of the number of changes we made in a short time, it turned into a bit of a project. Cassie stayed on top of it the entire time, kept us updated, and made sure everything was handled correctly.

"This insurance want pay for their policy holders, they drag their feet. I was involved in an accident in September, my car hasn't been repaired yet. It was their insured policy holders fault, she got the ticket. Can I rate this below one Star YES I DO!"
